Ha, me too... just a few blocks down! I've been seeing this one rise & couldn't find anything about it, so this thread is nice. This thing looks tall, too--50ish stories, maybe 600-700 feet? Will be a nice contrast to the condo tower next door (which doesn't look like condos at all, bleh... hopefully that one gets reclad soon).
btw, just googled it and found this:

says it'll be 45 stories, 80/20 rental, but emporis gives 42 floors and 470'... hmmm, whatever, at least something tall is being built.
