At both Louise (Sat) and Sunshine (Sun) this past weekend I met many skiers from Edmonton. I'm always surprised at how many people make the trek south instead of west - obviously for many different reasons, but I wouldn't be surprised if they're the second largest source for the Banff resorts.
And yes, Calgarians are spoiled!
