Does anyone know the exact lot they will be using?

The footprint of the existing building at 206 Edgewood is about 90'x50' or ~5000 SF. They've gotta be using a lot more land than that (or else this would be a very tall building).

There is a ~200x200 empty lot right next to this building, which is a more reasonable lot size for such a development. Supposing that 50% of the lot is used for the building itself (and the rest a parking garage) that would lead to an ~11-story building. No matter what, it will be good for the area to have more of an office/business presence on Edgewood.
