I think Mangalore Internet City, BA Group Thumbe Township, Mohtisham Kannur Township, Goldfinch City together should generate at least 50,000 IT jobs. And Mudipu SEZ, GanjiMatt EPIP, Mangalore Multiproduct SEZ should also generate another 50,000 IT jobs.
I think Mangalore is also suited well for evolving cutting edge technology of subsea or
underwater datacenters (
2) as it is protected by Karwar Naval base and far way from reach of hostile countries or their naval/air bases. If this is materilized then lot more jobs can be generated in
data center services including banking.

I think it is about existing Mudipu IT SEZ & Ganjimatt EPIP. Nothing new.
