I hope you find some time for SketchUp again. Gold Coast City was the reason I learned how to render and Toyota's cities where always very inspirational with their unique and good looking buildings.
Here's couple of Halvoo's highrises from different eras: Kirkkokatu 56 is a large office building from the 1970's. It's 74 meters tall. Its more slender neighbour, Jaakontorni (officially Kirkkokatu 59), is from the 1920's and is 63 meters tall.
