Now that you mention it, if topped out today it would rank behind the Freedom Tower, Empire State, 432 Park, 30 Hudson, and Bofa. That would correctly make it 6th. The other 3 mentioned would push it back, as would Chase's new 270 Park, 2 WTC, 80 South St. But it would be second tallest Downtown when topped out (that's something) and 4th when 2 WTC and 80 South St get topped out, which would have to come after.

I like the design, and it deserves some time in the spotlight. It's a great location, standing with some classic skyline defining towers. I like that it will bring visual focus to that area.
