Yes its underway as all the other hospitals posted. The Willford Hall Medical Center is being built in phases, full build out is slated for 2016. I would estimate about 75% of the millions of square of retail and mix use developments are underway, the Eilian being the most extravagent of the bunch. UTSA has major expansion plans and construction is underway. Texas A&M San Antonio also has some big projects. The economy did have its effect on San Antonio as well, so some projects are on hold.
