"H.G. Hill Realty Co. and Southeast Venture have purchased 0.82 acres in the 12 South Neighborhood where they plan to develop a mixed-use project known as 12 South Lofts.
According to a news release, they plan to build a retail and apartment project at 2310 12th Ave. South, which they purchased from Tennessee Roofing Co. for $1.2 million.
