It's a 49 room hotel using Air BnB to skirt the wide variety of regulations that apply to operating a real hotel.
I don't understand why we can't define a building as a one room hotel and force Air BnB to follow those regulations?
So many businesses in this economy have their business models built on clever ways to subjugate the rules we put in place to stop ourselves from being abused in the first place, it's kind of sad.
