Given the exciting topography of this city, it has tons of potential to become, may we say, the San Francisco of Russia?
I would much rather visit this city in Russia then Moscow or St. Petersburg.
If they did it up right, this city could attract lots of tourists from Japan, Korea and China.
I'm also guessing it's in the Pacific Rim earthquake zone. Has there been a quake there in the past?
