definitely need to build this thing, although the spire is a tad bit lame. I'd rather something solid white or something (i'm no designer, so don't ask me for ideas), cuz the way its just a jagged extension of the building looks kind of weird. but the huge cutout with multi-colored windows at the base is a must, and so is all this height. I think a city as big and old as Philly deserves a supertall (or four?
)
