Not sure what is up with BRising- it was down before the storm. They may be switching to their new format/version, but I'm not sure.

Tree planting event- I was thinking the same thing- it is going to cost millions to get rid of all the wood debris and the damaged trees are going to be ripe for infestation and rot. It is a major crisis. Let's be honest, trees haven't been a top priority for the city for decades- it'll have to be grassroot. I'll float some emails around and see if there's interest and who is willing to take a lead.
