Quick answer then back to the topic:
Your third statement is a nice idea. MOF, the Belmont Park "repurposing" with the new Islanders arena calls for a vertical hotel whose height IIRC is to be ascertained.
I'm stil rooting for the 110 corridor idea......One can dream.
