I also wasn't able to find any instances of North American Development Group building high rise residential. Apparently they mostly develop shopping centers? Which is somewhat concerning. I guess NADG and Bruder did just recently collaborate on Eldorado on 1st in Scottsdale (
http://eldoradoon1st.com/), so there has been some success there. Useless to speculate I guess.
