I wonder if the developers of the empty lot on 56th and Lex also acquired the old hotel on 57th. That old hotel is decent.
I really want the horrible NE corner of 57th and Lex to come down. It’s disgusting.
This is the crap I’m referring to, along with the little PoS to the east and the adjacent crap to the north on Lex.
