I was at the VCC meeting yesterday and Musso was being a heck of a tough cookie about this. They wanted 87 units I think and he would only let them get by with like 82? I can't remember. He was requiring more parking than they wanted and they aren't even required to have parking...anyway.

In good news...WHERE YA RACK's bike corral design got approved by the VCC yesterdday!!!!!!! That's why i dont remember the number of units...

CityBusiness reports that the publicly owned D.H. Holmes Apartments building, which HRI Properties manages as a master lessee for the Canal Street Development Corp. is poised for an $8 million to $10 million facelift, pending necessary government approvals. Seven new ground-floor units fronting Dauphine and Bienville streets, a renovated lobby, a new front entrance and other improvements are in the works.

GW Fins and Deanie’s Seafood are currently located in the D.H. Holmes Apartment building.
