That is a shocking price list. Almost 1000 a square foot is insane for the area. From what I have seen from Beresford south to Imperial in terms of units and residents that is a high price.
I thought I overpaid for my unit at Escala last year. These prices are incredible and only getting worse. Don't see a cool down in the offing at all.
