Well, when complete, it will come out of a building and then curve around over the edge of the canyon and then go back into the same building.

The glass floor will cover that gap between the beams where you see that guy welding in the last picture. The structure will be pushed out over the edge of the canyon with the "jack and roll" method and then the building will be built.
