A few updates since it's been so long.

JEA's new HQ is complete and opening soon.



FIS new HQ in the Brooklyn neighborhood is slated for complete delivery before the end of summer.



Rehab of the original Independent Life building is slated for completion before the end of the year.




One Riverside at the site of the former Times-Union offices has turned dirt. Apartments and the area's third Whole Foods are slated.
