A couple points of interest from the linked document:
  • The lot is zoned for 450' in height but they are asking for an extra 10% height increase in the upper tower per ยง 263.9. That brings the roof height to 495' and well over 500' with the mechanical screening
  • The all-residential option is 48 stories, while the hotel option has 45 floors
  • Both options have a pedestrian bridge to the transit center
  • In addition to the ground-floor retail frontage on Howard St, there's a retail spot on the same floor as the pedestrian bridge
