I haven't seen the actual renders, but I'm told it's a tower development and sizable. It will be condos, at least in part. I don't think the health center building is getting fully preserved. However, the facade was added to the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places in 2017. T.he zoning has a 3:10 parking minimum.
