This is the third significant project happening on the east side of the southern portion of SoCo. If the State School for the Deaf sells the northern section of their campus as rumored, the dead space between downtown and SoCo will be greatly reduced. |
That's kind of a bummer. They had a great view of downtown from that section of the complex. There's a really nice 180-degree view of the skyline from the 4th-floor stairwell. If I remember right, that complex was originally developed as "Alexan Congress".
