Tradition Senior Living starts 316-unit Buffalo Speedway project

Dallas-based Tradition Senior Living will turn a long vacant parcel of land on Buffalo Speedway and South Main Street into a high-end rental community for seniors.
The project, named The Tradition-Buffalo Speedway, will contain 316 units with initial opening planned in late 2018, according to Jonathan Perlman Jr., a development associate with Tradition Senior Living.
The 12-acre site will hold 222 independent living units, 63 assisted living and 31 memory care units, Perlman said.
