5 years away. Let's hope. That's far enough away that hopefully the economics involved will make this building possible. It is a great design regardless of whether it's derivative. There's nothing quite like it in LA and that is enough to make me happy (aside from the height and bulk of the towers which also make me happy). I skipped around in the thread so was there talk of financing or is this just random pie in the sky proposal #54832 for LA?
