cool plan, i think i'd go with the 'bridge won't be built' ethos and just go for it. the obvious problem is the market, but waterfront + views + a quick zip into dtpl are a pretty package

random: wasn't vancouver supposed to change its name some time back? like to fort vancouver or something along those lines?
