The other thing that comes to mind regarding this is that they say the ground floor will be retail. How are they going to make that level accessible? I seem to recall a popular set of several stone steps that people often used to sit on inset int the building at the Barrington entrance. Hard to see how someone in a wheelchair would be able to get in or out.
