The aerodynamics rendering? It appears to be an error (the diagrid). The top section is only four floors, thanks to two double height mechanical floors, but you won't be able to tell that from the outside, and probably not even the inside.
The aerodynamics rendering doesn't seem to be intended as an accurate rendering of the building, mostly a shape model.
