Few weeks seem like an eternity for this particular project.

Be nice if its at least topped off. It really annoys me when two (or multi) tower projects like these when the smaller building(s) gets built first. They should have built the taller one first so there are less chances of things like fires, financial crisis, etc. The longer a construction project, the more things simply can go wrong.

Look at WTC2? The best looking amongst the WTC towers and yet its the one that ain't gonna get built (due to lack of tenants) cuz they did it last instead of doing it first (after Freedom). If they did it first, whatever tenants the WTC has now would have gone there instead of the other smaller, lesser towers.

Look at EAP (Calgary). The taller building gets built first, economic uncertainty, but they won the gamble so it gets filled. Whatever spillover goes to the baby brother, which is now getting built as well. But even if they "lost" the gamble, the taller (hence prettier one) gets built.

So for the Federation Tower, if the taller one got built first, even if the smaller one gets delayed due to fires, financial crisis, and so on, it wouldn't hurt so much....
