I really like the white cladding. I don't like the black vertical strips. What the hell is their point? What are they doing there? I feel like Pearl always puts together a really solid building and then adds some affectation or ornamentation that detracts from it. These ones look starker and more off-putting than the renders, but maybe they'll work better once the windows are in.
