You aren't going to see the superslim
supertalls everywhere, only in places where the real estate and market could support it. On the other hand, if you consider towers like 9 DeKalb to be superslim, then that is not the market for the rich. I do think the superslims are here to stay though, at least in Manhattan where real estate is very expensive and there will always be the wealthy from around the world looking for a slice of the apple. We just may not have as many under construction at one time. Same goes for office buildings.
