I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the Newfoundland Telephone building gets redone, I love that concept; with the Steele Hotels building just down the street, it would be an unbelievable boost to that area.
Also next to new hotel and across the street from the telephone building, the building that CBC used to occupy is supposed to be redeveloped into a theatre, although I haven't heard any news or seen any renderings -->

Work has been moving along with the Narrows Condos, I walk past that every morning on my way to work, and rain, snow, or shine, the guys have been working away on the foundation.
