The new seven-story, 31-unit condominium project at 610 Warren Street appears to be nearing completion, according to recent construction site photos. The building, dubbed Six Ten Warren, is joining a slew of luxury condos in Brooklyn's up-and-coming neighborhood, Boerum Hill. The building's prime location will give future residents quick access to Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, Gowanus, and the D/N/R trains on Atlantic Avenue. Issac & Stern are behind the design and Adam America Real Estate are serving as the developers.
