I think it's called Discovery Park/Square - not sure if it really is a CoV park, though.

It is a Park Board park. I hope they don't develop on top of it. It is one of the nicer subway stations I have seen and definitely the nicest in Vancouver. It is great to come up from underground and see all the greenery.
