I saw the Franco-Manitoban flag flying out in front of the Legislature lately... not sure if it's because there is a special week/month going on, but it's been out there for a while
I never really see it anywhere else, though.

Really? Where are they all? I'm not sure that I've ever seen a Cascadian flag in the wild in the parts of Vancouver and area that I've been around.
