Some tentative floor plans are available on PRO for Hub 3. Looks like it will be four floors with commercial space on the first floor and an underground parking level. Total height is about 49 feet. Keep in mind that there's a step-down for this lot in the overlay district. I'm not sure if 49 feet is the maximum permitted there, but the building wasn't going to be huge no matter what. The fact that it'll be mixed use is a big plus.
In other campus area news, the Burger King in the Student is being replaced by a Steak 'n Shake this summer!
