It could be done. Its far enough from flight patterns to allow for it. Three towers, Turnberry, Muse, and Armani Casa are all at 649 ft. Any future developer could go higher, but they have to go through the FAA. The good thing is that the FAA tends to be reasonable, and in some cases, favorable with appeals. They are more reasonable than some local NIMBY Districts.
