localization: municipality of Assago (South Milan)
development by: Milanofiori 2000 S.r.l. (controlled by Brioschi Sviluppo Immobiliare S.p.A.) surface area: more than 360,000 sqm and foresees a buildable area of 218,000 sqm.
masterplan: realized by Erick van Egeraat Associated Architects of Rotterdam (Holland).

masterplan: Porta Nuova takes in over 20 architects from eight different countries, chosen through invitational competitions (source porta-nuova.com)
