Well, this tower is being developed by Tony Giarratana, the same developer as the Signature Tower, but Siggy would have been built if the economy wouldn't have crashed. He had the funding. If he can find a major tenant to occupy 505 Church then it will be built. I think chances are better than 50/50 that this gets built.
