There are so many overlooked buildings, sometimes the best aren't always the tallest. My favorite in Philadelphia is the Residences at the Ritz Carlton. I feel like this beautiful modern skyscraper is always overlooked because it is right next to City Hall and a stone throw away from One Liberty Place and Comcast Center.
