I'm actually liking the new facade for the Old Federal Building. Now if they could only do something about the mechanical equipment on their roof.
It will look good once 601, 621, 500 and 301 CM are complete in a couple of years.... Then it will all come together and Sacramento (and California) will have a beautiful Capital Mall worthy of that State. I can't wait to see it.
Of course nothing will help the 7, 8, and 9 blocks of Capital Mall. Not until the State decides to bulldoze their buildings and start anew. Something not likely to happen anytime soon.
