North Battleford is getting a gigantic baseball bat,
usurping Edmonton's giant bat that was on 118th Avenue.
When I lived in Edmonton, I always looked at the placement of the bat and thought what a truly random and unspectacular place to have put it. The photo in the article depicts that very well. Some days if you weren't paying attention you might be hard-pressed to not think it was just another streetlamp at the intersection.
