There have been several proposals throughout the years for these kinds of tracks here. I just don't know that there is the level of rich clientele here to support it like there is in California and the Northeast where they have other tracks like this. We will see if this actually gets built, but the developer definitely spent some money getting it all planned up, which puts some realistic backing behind it.
