Plans proceed to develop more Pabst apartments

Also, work is scheduled to begin this month on constructing two five-story apartment buildings, totaling 274 units, at 926 W. Juneau Ave. and 1003 W. Winnebago St., and converting part of the former Pabst distribution center, 1131 N. 8th St., into Milwaukee Brewing Co.’s second brewery.

3 more new apartment complexes to start this month in the Pabst neighborhood. 1 is a conversion and the other 2 would be ground up construction. I believe these projects, plus the MKE conversion, essentially completes the Pabst conversion into "The Brewery".
