Sometimes it's hard to tell. There are folks who post here who seem very unhappy with hills and trees and just love sprawl. Anyhow, there are 300,000 planned units of new greenfielf housing currently planned or entitled, predominantly car-centric single family homes, so sprawl isn't going away anytime soon.
