A little note about the Williamsburg Apple Store. It's definitely not off the beaten path. That area of W'burg is one of the busiest areas of the city and the demographics are Apple's sweet spot. My gym is around the corner so I'm pretty familiar with the area. It's also a draw (and quick drive) from the other high income, close-in Brooklyn nabes like DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights, and Carroll Gardens/Cobble Hill. DUMBO has the second highest income, after TriBeCa, in NYC.
