I was at the mobility hub meeting for this area because I own a condo in the currently be built building, and they are planning for the entire area around the Go Station to be medium to high density mixed-use residential. A liberty village type of deal. I think it is a great goal, to have a community around the station that is within a 15 minute walk from the station where most of the necessities will be. Exciting times for both Burlington and Hamilton!
