"Sky Couture" is just a descriptive headline. Nowhere on the page does it say that's actually the new name. The supporting text refers to the building as 400 Park Ave South many times. Not to mention, the logo for the building is right at the top of the page calling it 400 Park Avenue South.

Woops looks like you're right. Guess I should have followed the actual 400 PAS link as opposed to just reading the article Curbed wrote on it haha.
Regardless I think Toll Brothers should call it that. How many towers going up in the city are going to keep being called by their address? Can't the developers be at least a little more creative?
