With Citi and Madison Centre meeting the street so well on the north side of the road, there was the opportunity for a very interesting, very urban character to that stretch of Lougheed. 100% agree. And the fact that the developers for all the projects in the immediate area are all Bosa subsidiaries should theoretically have meant much more integrated planning for the area, but instead we're still left with a hodge-podge. Mind you, very high quality hodge-podge, but it's still a massive wasted opportunity. But hopefully the redevelopment of Brentwood Mall will be so spectacular that we forget about all of this
