The Ferguson Building's base has been renovated to have a large storefront and a residential entrance.

The Fyfe has recently added gold lettering that says "The Fyfe Apartments" on Adams and "Foxtown Market" on Woodward. Looks good. The inside of Foxtown is pretty nice too.
