I think there's a good chance it'll be then if not sooner. We're about 13 floors up out of 75, and they're fast approaching if not exceeding a floor a week. By July the building will be about 25 stories high. If they can clad just a little faster than a floor a week, starting in July will let the cladding stay sufficiently behind concrete pouring while still minimizing the construction time of the building.
